崗位職責(zé)：1、根據(jù)總經(jīng)理各階段的工作重點(diǎn)，協(xié)調(diào)總經(jīng)理的日常行程與會(huì)議安排，保證工作能有序進(jìn)行與開(kāi)展；2、負(fù)責(zé)總經(jīng)理外出行程（票務(wù)、酒店等）和來(lái)客接待的統(tǒng)籌安排；3、負(fù)責(zé)下屬銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)部分行政工作；4、處理總經(jīng)理授權(quán)的其它事務(wù)工作；5、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時(shí)事務(wù)。任職要求：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，品貌端正親和力強(qiáng)，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可；2、熟練使用各類(lèi)辦公軟件,有較強(qiáng)的文字組織和寫(xiě)作能力；3、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)全面，具有良好的總結(jié)、表達(dá)、溝通能力，悟性強(qiáng)4、具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和推進(jìn)能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真；5、有助理等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，具備相應(yīng)抗壓能力6、 英語(yǔ)優(yōu)秀者優(yōu)先Job responsibilities:1.
