主要職責：1. 負責公司產(chǎn)品的售后維修及維保工作, 偏工藝優(yōu)化方向2. 參與編制設備維修保養(yǎng)巡檢及預防性維護計劃；3. 對設備的故障原因進行分析匯總，落實改進方案實施.4. 結(jié)合當前數(shù)智化技術(shù)對客戶的維保提出建設性建議.5. 對客戶的售后服務請求做到快速響應,及時處理,提高客戶滿意度,保持良好的客戶關系；負責客戶的現(xiàn)場技術(shù)培訓；任職要求：1. 要求工作5~6年，本科以上學歷，生物工程或制藥工程相關專業(yè)2. 制藥工程專業(yè)者優(yōu)先，有藥企工程部工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；3. 要求有較強的服務意識和一定的市場銷售意識，較強的學習和問題分析總結(jié)能力；4. 要求有較強的溝通能力, 方案及項目計劃制定能力；5. 具有一定的吃苦精神，并愿意接受短期高頻次出差；6. 熟練掌握AutoCAD軟件。
