主要職責：1. 數(shù)據(jù)分析與運營洞察：負責公司數(shù)字化平臺數(shù)據(jù)處理、可視化及建模，提供產品優(yōu)化方案的數(shù)據(jù)支持、支持業(yè)務決策。2. 數(shù)據(jù)庫優(yōu)化與 AI 應用規(guī)劃 ：梳理內部協(xié)作平臺數(shù)據(jù)庫，提升效率，為 AI 產品搭建提供支持；規(guī)劃 AI Agent 產品，探索應用場景，提升智能化水平與用戶體驗。3. 產品運營：定期撰寫產品周報與月報；優(yōu)化內部協(xié)作平臺個性化功能，提升用戶體驗，策劃并執(zhí)行相關活動運營。4. 跨部門協(xié)作：與多部門緊密合作，提供數(shù)字化轉型與數(shù)據(jù)分析專業(yè)建議，保障產品可持續(xù)發(fā)展。任職要求1. 教育背景 ：本科及以上學歷，數(shù)據(jù)分析、商業(yè)分析、統(tǒng)計學、管理類等專業(yè)優(yōu)先。2. 工作經驗 ：3 年以上相關經驗，有數(shù)據(jù)分析、AI 產品設計或數(shù)字化轉型項目經驗優(yōu)先。3. 專業(yè)技能 ：- 熟練掌握 SQL、Python、R 等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，具備出色的數(shù)據(jù)清洗、轉換和分析能力，能夠高效處理大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)集。- 熟悉主流的數(shù)據(jù)可視化工具（如 Tableau、PowerBI 等），能夠根據(jù)業(yè)務需求設計并制作直觀、美觀且具有交互性的數(shù)據(jù)可視化報表和儀表盤。- 了解機器學習、深度學習等 AI 相關技術和算法原理，具備一定的數(shù)據(jù)建模實踐經驗，能夠運用 AI 技術解決實際業(yè)務問題。。- 熟悉公司內部協(xié)作平臺常用功能與業(yè)務流程，深入理解核心業(yè)務流程。- 熟練掌握 PPT 制作技巧，能夠制作高質量、邏輯清晰、設計美觀的產品規(guī)劃 PPT。- 語言能力 ：英語水平良好，具備中英文讀寫能力。
