[崗位職責]Job Responsibility1.規(guī)劃、拓展、優(yōu)化海外區(qū)域招聘渠道,確保人員招聘任務(wù)的落地達成;Planning, developing, and optimizing recruitment channels of overseas region to ensure that the recruitment tasks related to overseas business are completed and achieved2.根據(jù)總部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略建立健全海外職級體系及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展體系,建立梯隊培養(yǎng)計劃,確保計劃落地達成;Establish and improve the overseas grade system and training and development system according to the development strategy of the headquarter.
