Introduction

For GS IT AAE we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service Management

What are my responsibilities?

Work with internal/external infrastructure operation team / service provider, to deliver a stable and satisfied IT infrastructure service to customersService management for supporting the standard service of GS IT, such as service description, content and processInfrastructure portfolio process support and document maintenanceInfrastructure service catalogue document maintenanceProvide infrastructure service reports to customer or other colleagues within ITHandle to escalation from Helpdesk which is about standard services, process, service clarification and special request etc.SLA management backup and supportVendor service KPI monitoring and monthly service review meetingProvide support to other teams for project delivery and daily operation

What do I need to qualify for this position?

ITIL Foundation certificate preferredBasic knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologyAt least 3 years working experience in IT Infrastructure operationBe familiar with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.Be good at commutation in English
